Print Assessment
Our 5-Phase Assessment approach is designed to deliver valuable information with a small time investment on your part.
- Define - Identify your objectives
- Discover - Gather critical work flow information
- Analyze - Communicate inefficiencies
- Recommend - Implement a new cost savings plan
- Manage - Provide ongoing account management
Define -We meet to determine the goals you need to achieve through our program and the key measurements for success. Additionally, we will agree on project scope, time-line milestones and team members to participating in the Print assessment process.
Discover - Now we begin the process of collecting information as it relates to print output, workflow and costs. Our data collection software drives discovery for your networked devices, while our thorough walk-through details your non-network devices. Additionally, the physical location for every device is documented and relayed on a blueprint. The discovery phase also uncovers direct and indirect costs, as well as captures current vendor and service program details.
Analyze - Our team will document, organize, and communicate the information collected. This analysis will unveil critical cost drivers by quantifying total cost of ownership, usage by device, age and effectiveness of current technology, and fleet management issues.
Recommend - Aligning with your original company objectives, and working with your current devices, we will recommend a sound improvement strategy. We are committed to optimizing your print fleet by synchronizing it to your work flow. The final agreement is a product of cost reduction, data collection findings, your input and our professional insights.
Manage - This phase is crucial to make certain that cost savings are long lasting and continuous improvement goals are attained. As your partner in print cost reduction, we take full responsibility for all of your service, supply and support needs while sending you only one invoice per month. We also insist on quarterly reviews to ensure that you are always operating at an optimal level - at the lowest possible cost.
